No, our programs are designed to meet young athletes at any fitness level and help them safely build speed, agility, and confidence step by step.
Can beginners or younger kids join?

How often should my athlete train each week?
In the pre-season, athletes benefit most from training three to four times per week. During the season, one to two sessions each week helps maintain speed, agility, and confidence without adding extra strain.
Do you offer private training or small group options?
Yes, we offer both private training and small group options for athletes who want more focused attention. These sessions allow us to personalize coaching while still building the confidence and competitive edge that comes from training with peers.
